Stress is inevitable but suffering isn’t

Genesis of the Course:

In today’s fast-moving and digitally driven world, stress has become a common part of everyday life—affecting professionals across all industries, not just those in traditionally high-pressure roles and service sector alone. Remote and hybrid work models, round-the-clock availability, and blurred boundaries have created new stressors. Recent research studies, carried out globally, continue to indicate a concerning trend of increasing workplace stress among professionals and its significant impact on both individual well-being and organizational productivity. As rates of anxiety, burnout, and depression are increasing globally, unmanaged stress affects focus, motivation, creativity, decision-making, and interpersonal relationships.

This increasing stress among today's professionals is a significant concern, and findings highlight that workplace factors like demanding workloads, long hours, and lack of control, job insecurity, poor communication, and unsafe or inadequate work environments contribute to stress, de-motivation, lack of energy and interest, burnout and increased physical and emotional exhaustion.

Several surveys carried out by global organizations (e.g., WHO, Gallup, McKinsey) have shown a sharp increase in stress-related absenteeism, turnover, and mental health concerns among the workforce.

In today’s demanding and fast-paced world, stress management training is no longer a luxury—it’s a strategic necessity. These programs play a critical role in supporting individuals’ physical and mental well-being, boosting workplace productivity, and reducing absenteeism and turnover.

My stress management training courses are designed to equip participants with practical self-care strategies at both the cognitive and behavioural levels. These tools help buffer the impact of daily stressors, build self-awareness, restore emotional balance, and enhance overall work-life integration and quality of life.

This course is designed for senior managers and team leaders and is delivered over three to four days by employing experiential and interactive sessions.
